    MISSION

My mission is to ensure every woman feels supported, informed, and deeply held through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Through my work as a doula and the Every Mother Held Fund, I’m committed to making compassionate, grounded care more accessible to women and families in our community.

    What does a doula do?

A doula exists to ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

This is about protecting the experience, not controlling it

    Meet Your Canadian Doula

    Jessica Roberts

Hi, I’m Jess—the heart behind Your Canadian Doula.

I’m currently training as a birth and postpartum doula, and stepping into this work with a deep sense of purpose and care for the families I serve.

My background is rooted in breathwork, community-building, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. Which is exactly what I bring into birth work.

I’m especially passionate about helping women feel safe, grounded, and empowered during such a vulnerable and transformative time.

When I’m not holding babies or supporting clients, you’ll find me slowing down with a coffee, writing, or spending time outdoors.

I’m so honoured to be part of this journey with you. 🤍
